Our Special Aromatic solvents portfolio, also known as heavy aromatics, are characterised by excellent solvency and high flash points. 

Ecobase products are fossil-free, renewable and sustainable. They are derived from ethically sourced vegetable oils, processed into high quality iso-paraffinic base fluids. Starting with vegetable oils or other renewable raw materials, a hydro-isomerization process followed by further refinement are generating highly specified products. In addition to technical advantages, for every kg Ecobase fluid used, between 1.6 and up to 3.0 kg CO₂ are saved compared to fossil oil products. Ecobase products contribute to optimize your processes and applications and reduce the Global Warming Potential (GWP). They have a high flash point, a low viscosity and excellent low temperature properties. 

Paraffinic solvents are known for their mild odour, good health and environmental profile, safe handling and excellent cleaning efficiency. New: Products based on GTL feedstock.

Printing ink distillates are preferably produced as a straight-cut by distillation instead of a blending processes, as this achieves a uniform drying curve. Thanks to tightly specified distillation curves, printing ink manufacturers can control the drying process much better.

Low-viscosity base oils meet industry regulatory criteria as well as occupational safety and environmental protection regulations and technical requirements such as solution behavior, extreme temperature resistance, variable viscosities and outstanding, defined boiling behavior.

Cyclopentane is the first ring-shaped, naturally occurring hydrocarbon. It is present in very small quantities in crude oil, the most common source being naphtha from crackers. The chemical formula for this cycloalkane, or naphthene, is C₅H₁₀. 

iso-Pentane is the first branched, liquid hydrocarbon or paraffin. This group of substances is also called alkanes. The iso-Pentane has a chemical formula of C₅H₁₂. 

n-Pentane is a chain-like hydrocarbon from the alkane group with the chemical formula C₅H₁₂. It is the unbranched representative of the Pentane isomers.

n-Hexane is a chain-like hydrocarbon from the alkane group with the chemical formula C₆H₁₄. It is the unbranched representative and technically the most important of the five hexane isomers.
