Manage­ment

Peter Friesenhahn is Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  He is the chairman of the management board of Haltermann Carless Group and member of the Executive Committee.  He is responsible for Corporate Development, People & Culture and Corporate Communication.

Dr Arne Hoppe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO). He is Managing Director of Haltermann Carless Group and member of the Executive Committee of the company. As Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the divisions Hydrocarbon Solvents, Performance Fuels and Aromatics & Energy.

Fabian Werner is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee of the Haltermann Carless Group. He is responsible for Finance & Accounting, Group Controlling, Treasury, Indirect Procurement and ESHQ.

As Senior Vice President Corporate Development, Dr Eva Morsbach is member of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for the strategic development of the company, Portfolio Transformation and Merger & Acquisition (M&A). Additionally, she serves as General Manager of the Aromatics & Energy division.

In his role as Senior Vice President People & Culture, Vinny Chauhan is member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for Human Resources including Organisational Development and Corporate Culture.
