Carless Hiperflo Turbo Ultimate DEV2
Top quality and very tightly controlled low sulphur, unleaded Race Fuel specifically manufactured for turbocharged/supercharged engines as found in today’s modern rally and race cars. Used as the current Control Fuel in the ‘MSA British Rally Championship’ and the ‘MSA British Rally X Championship’. Meets with the current requirements of the FIA ‘Appendix J’ gasoline specification. Provides large gains in engine performance (horse power and torque) when compared to engines running on conventional Super Unleaded pump gasolines. Approximate oxygen content is 3.2%. Re-map recommended to obtain full benefit of this fuel if currently running on pump fuel. Re-map also recommended if currently running on any other motorsport fuel. Please note that the original Hiperflo Turbo Ultimate is still available to purchase, however, please note this gasoline no longer meets with FIA ‘Appendix J’ and has been superseded by Hiperflo Turbo Ultimate DEV2. Both these gasolines are available in 25 litre cans, 54 litre kegs & 194 litre drums.

Carless Hiperflo 300
High quality low sulphur Control Fuel as currently used by the BTCC and all other Championships (excluding Renault Clio’s) on the TOCA Championship package. This is a 101/102 RON and 89/90 MON unleaded gasoline with approximately 2% oxygen content that meets the current FIA ‘Appendix J’ gasoline specification. Can be used in both naturally aspirated and turbo/supercharged engines requiring more octane than the current MSA allowable maximum of 100 RON. Re-map recommended to obtain full benefits of this fuel if currently running on pump fuel. Re-map also recommended if currently running on any other motorsport fuel. Available in 25 litre cans.

Carless Hiperflo Super Plus
A budget Motorsport gasoline that meets the requirement of a Super Unleaded pump gasoline whilst staying within the ‘MSA Blue Book’ specification. Can be used in all engine types including 2 stroke engines. If currently running on standard pump gasoline this gasoline can be used as a direct replacement without the need to re-map. It should be noted that batch to batch manufacture of this particular gasoline is not as tightly controlled as all other Carless Hiperflo Motorsport gasolines and therefore there will be batch to batch variation, none the less it is still tightly controlled . Available in 194 litre drums.

Carless Hiperflo MSA 4T Racing
Consistent quality ultra-low sulphur unleaded race gasoline made to the upper RON and MON limits of the current ‘MSA Blue Book’ gasoline specification. With an oxygen content of approximately 2.5% each batch produced is manufactured to be as closely matched as possible to the previous batch – as are all Hiperflo Carless Control & Race Fuels. Can be used in all 4 stroke engine types found in cars running to Current ‘MSA Blue Book’ gasoline regulations. Re-map recommended to obtain full benefits of this fuel if currently running on pump fuel. Re-map also recommended if currently running on any other motorsport fuel. Available in 25 litre cans.

Carless_Hiperflo - F1Carless_Hiperflo - Bike

Carless Hiperflo MSA 2T Racing
Low sulphur, unleaded gasoline produced for UK Kart’s running under the ‘MSA Blue Book’ specification. This gasoline has been used as the Control Fuel for many years for certain classes of the ‘BSA Gearbox Kart Championship’ in the UK. The maximum RON is 100 and the maximum MON is 89. Typical oxygen content is approximately 2.5%. Having a constant gasoline of a known high quality, such as Carless Hiperflo MSA 2T Racing, enables owners and drivers to more easily set up what can be a temperamental high performance 2 stroke engine more easily than if using regular pump gasoline. Available in 25 litre cans.

Carless Hiperflo 250
Low sulphur, unleaded gasoline that is currently used as the Control Fuel for certain classes in the ‘BSA Gearbox Kart Championship’ that run to ‘CIK’ gasoline regulations. In the past this fuel has also been found to work very well in naturally aspirated and turbocharged 4 stroke engines. Maximum RON is 102 and the maximum MON is 90 with typical oxygen content being approximately 2.5%. Available in 25 litre cans. Difficult to re-map a 2 stroke Kart engine, however, re-mapping of all other engine types is recommended to obtain the full benefit of the gasoline and to ensure engine protection if currently running other manufacturers fuels.

Carless Hiperflo Moto 4T Racing
Produced as an out and out race fuel for motorcycles and cars using motorcycle engines, however, it can be used in any high performance (high RPM) 4T engine with excellent results. Meets with current ‘FIM’ gasoline regulations and has been used for many years by Teams competing in the IOM TT and Manx GP as well as other high profile competitions. Maximum RON is 102 and maximum MON is 90. The product is low in sulphur and has an oxygen content of approximately 2.5%. As with all gasolines when changing from brand to brand a re-map is always advised for the best results and to protect the engine. Available in 25 litre cans.

Carless Hiperflo E20 Endurance
This particular gasoline does not meet with any current FIA or MSA specification as such; however, it has been manufactured as a test day gasoline for Teams, Competitors and engine producers to use to develop their engines on for Championships that may well run this type of gasoline. The Typical RON is 105 and the typical MON is 92. The gasoline has a high level oxygen content of approximately 7.25% due to the 20% ethanol content of the product. Available in 194 litre drums.

Carless Hiperflo TDS
The letters ‘TDS’ stand for ‘Track Day Special’. This is a low sulphur very high octane unleaded gasoline with a high oxygen content that does not meet with any governing body specification. This gasoline was introduced primarily for use by individuals taking their daily drive (car or motorcycle) for track day sessions. A daily Drive invariably tends to use standard pump gasoline (Premium or Super) and introducing Carless Hiperflo TDS gives a crisper performance to the engine without the need to re-map. The product also tends to works very well in snow mobiles and jet skis! Available in 25 litre cans.

 

Carless Racing Fuels can also be blended to address environmental concerns through the use of reneawables, including biofuels, bio alcohols and their derivatives
