Calibration Fluids are predominantly dedicated to parts production plants, especially for use in the steps of validation of the produced part. Usually these fluids are made for the purpose of fuel injection equipment (pumps and injectors) testing after production processes.

Our team always produce its Calibration Fluids in the same dedicated plant. The distribution of the products is managed world-wide, either direct or through a distributor network. This allows companies who have several plants around the world and using the same process, to run with the same fluids quality and to easily compare data.

Diesel-Like Calibration Fluids

Haltermann Carless produce diesel like calibration fluids according to customers specifications & to standards such as ISO 4113.

These fluids are made on purpose of diesel pump or injectors testing & certification after production process or for calibration periodical testing of machines.

These fluids are tightly bounded in terms of viscosity & density

They offer a great oxidation stability which permit longer lifetime of use of the product, offer a great corrosion and a great reproducibility batch after batch securing the validation process over the time.

Gasoline-Like Calibration Fluids

Haltermann Carless produce gasoline like calibration fluids according to customers specifications.

These fluids are made on purpose of gasoline pump or injectors testing & certification after production process.

These fluids are tightly bounded in terms of viscosity & composition, they offer higher flash point (thus safety of use) than gasoline, offer longer lifetime of use in the process and a great reproducibility batch after batch, securing the validation process over the time. They don’t create any residue problems which sometimes creates troubles on some production/logistics processes.

Kerosene-Like Calibration Fluids

Haltermann Carless produce kerosene like calibration fluids according to customers specifications and to international standard such as:

These fluids are made for the purpose of aviation fuel pump or injectors testing & certification after the production process.

Synthetic Non-Flammable Fluids: Carbsyn

CARBSYN is a range of simulation fluids which have been created for GASOLINE fuel test benches. These fluids are safe-to-use, non-hazardous, odourless, non-flammable without a flash point and do not require an ATEX [explosive atmosphere] environment.

The fluids are specially created for automotive manufacturers, OEM’s (manufacturers of fuel injectors and pumps), validation of pump components and pressure testing.

It can be beneficial to replace gasoline or solvents with CARBSYN, depending on the test bench typologies. There are a range of different CARBSYNs available namely Carbsyn C60, Carbsyn 55 and Carbsyn 110.
